Comfortable Stay with Exceptional Staff
The staff truly stand out with their warm hospitality. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Jalfrezi restaurant, which offered amazing cuisine. Though the rooms were a bit small, they provided a cozy atmosphere. Keep windows closed for privacy, especially on busy evenings!

The king-size room was spacious and well-decorated, offering en-suite facilities, which added comfort. The kitchen areas provided were a fantastic feature, allowing for self-catering with cleanliness and ease. Breakfast choices were freshly made, with a delicious full English option that stood out. shared facilities were available for those opting for a budget stay, which might reduce privacy for some guests.

Had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the hearty breakfast and powerful shower which made mornings great. The riverside walk and the local pub just a stone's throw away were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to noise! 😊

Clean and tidy room. Easy access to the communal kitchen for snacks and drinks. The kitchenette had microwaves and a fridge. Breakfast quick and tasty, served in a pleasant dining area. Enjoyed the well-decorated breakfast room ambiance. Plenty of parking space was a big plus. noise from the road was a major issue. Could hear conversations and doors slamming from other rooms. Very disruptive, especially at night. good location near the New Forest but noise levels need addressing for comfort.

More grab bars in bathrooms would be appreciated.

Wi-fi worked well, but no pets allowed and thin walls made it noisy.

shared guest kitchen, spacious car park, reliable Wi-Fi
Could really use more grab bars in the bathrooms!!! Noticed quite a bit of noise from residents, making it feel more like a hostel than a guest house. A kettle in the room would be great too!!!

the staff were super friendly n made check-in easy. the room was clean n had a good shower. free parking out back was a plus, felt secure for my car. breakfast was simple but decent, especially the cooked stuff. close to new forest which was handy for day trips.
the room was kinda small and there was no kettle for tea n coffee. also, had a bit of awkward noise from drunk people outside last night.
